n <br />t <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72-~~~ PAGE 2 <br />(d) No person shall receive an Ohio operator's or chauffeur's license <br />unless and until he surrenders to the Registrar all valid licenses <br />in his possession issued to him by another jurisdiction recognized <br />by the State of Ohio . <br />No person shall be permitted to have in his possession more than <br />one valid license at any time (ORC 4507.02) . <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows : <br />335.01 OPERATOR OR CHAUFFEUR LICENSE REQUIRED p RESTRICTION <br />VIOLATION ;POSSESSION OF MORE THAN ONE LICENSE PRO- <br />. HIBITED. <br />(a) No person, except those expressly exempted under Ohio R.C. <br />4507.03 to 4507.05, inclusive, shall operate any motor vehicle <br />upon a street or highway or any public or prate property used <br />by the public for purposes of vehicular travel or parking in this <br />Municipality unless such person, upon application, has been <br />licensed as an operator or chauffeur by the Ohio Registrar of <br />Motor Vehicles under Ohio R.C. Chapter 4507 (Driver's License <br />Law) . <br />No person shall permit the operation of a motor vehicle upon any <br />public or private property used by the public for purposes of <br />vehici~~.ar travel or parking knowing such operator does not have <br />a valid license, as an operator or chauffeur, issued to such <br />operator by the Oh io Registrar of Motor Vehicles under Ohio <br />R. C. Chapter 4507 (Drive's License Law ). <br />No person, except those expressly exempted under Ohio R.C. <br />4507.03 to X507.05, inclusive, shall operate any motorcyle <br />upon a street or highway or any public or private property used <br />by the public for purposes of vehicular travel or parking in the <br />Municipality unless such person, upon application, has been <br />licensed as a motorcycle operator by the Ohio Registrar of <br />Motor Vehicles under Ohio R.C. Chapter 4507. Such license <br />shall be in the form of an endorsement, as determined by the <br />Registrar, upon an operator's or chauffeur's license, if the <br />person has been licensed to operate a motor vehicle, or in the <br />form of a restricted license as provided in Ohio R.C. 4507.14, <br />if the person has not been licensed to operate a motor vehicle. <br />( ORC 4507.02 ) <br />(b) No nonresident of Ohio shall drive any motor vehicle upon a <br />street or highway of this Munickpality unless he has in his <br />possession a valid and current operator's or chauffeur's <br />license issued to him by another jurisdiction recognized by <br />the State of Ohio. <br />No nonresident of Ohio, upon demand of any police officer at <br />any time or place, shall fail to prove lawful possession or <br />his right to operate such motor vehicle, or fail to establish <br />proper identity.
