One (1) Foreman (1) Three (3) Laborers d. .Summer and part time help as needed The Superintendent of the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Superintendent of the Sanitary Sewer System, and other operators, shall be licensed by the State of Ohio for sewage treatment operators, or other license necessary under the laws of the State of Ohio or its subdivison. Section 5. That retroactive to January 1, 1972, the compensation to be paid to the members and e~tployees of the Public Works. Division, the Sltirvice Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department and the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Sanitary Sewer System shall be as follows: Public Works Commissioner $10,000.00 to $14,100.00 Annually Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner $ 4,600.00 to $ 6,210.00 Annually Superintendent of Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Dept. & Building Department $ 4.55 to $ 5.85 Per Hour Vehicle Maintenance Dept. Foreman $ 4.OO~D to $ 5.35 Per Hour Vehicle Maintenance Dept. Mechanic $ 3.20 to $ 4.45 Per Hour Service Department Foreman $ 4.00 to $ 5.00 Per Hour Service Department-Class A Laborers $ 3.20 to $ 4.45 Per Hour Service Department-Class E. Laborers $ 2.95 to $ 4.20 Per Hour Service Department-Class C Laborers $ 2.70 to $ 4.45 Per Hour Service Department-Class D Laborers $ 1.60 to $ 2.80 Per Hour Superintendent of Wastewater Tr.
