Employees of the Public Works Division and the <br />Secretary Co the Public Works Commissioner shall be paid their regular <br />rate of pay and shall t be required to work on the following holidays: <br />New Year's Day; Maorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; <br />Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; and the employee's birthday. Employees <br />of the above departments of the Public Works Division shall not be <br />required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless required to work on <br />the said holidays ~y;the Public works Gommiaarioner in case of an <br />emergency. The Wastewater Plant and System employees shall not <br />be required to work. on the aforesaid holidays unless they are scheduled <br />to work in maintaining the Wastewater Plant and System.faciiities. <br />Section 7. The secretarial help of the Public Works Division <br />of the City. of North Olmsted shall receive a longevity increment. <br />The longevity increment shall be payable over and above an annual <br />salary or hourly salary paid to said secretary or clerical help and <br />shall he at the rate of $25.00 per year far each and every year ~asui <br />secretary or clerical help has beenrontinually employed by the City of <br />North Olmsted. To be paid in a lump sum on anniversary date of employment. <br />.Section 8. All full time employees of the Public Works Division <br />except the secretary to the Fublic Works Commissioner, having completed <br />five (5) years of full time continuous service, as employees of said <br />department or having been transferred from some other department by <br />administrative appointment shall be paid: an additional 3% of their-base annual <br />salary, thereafter until completion of ten (10) years full time continuous <br />service, after which such employee shall receive 4% of their base <br />annual salary, thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15) year of <br />continuous full. time service, after which said employee shall receive <br />5% of their base annual salary until completion o~ their twentieth (20) <br />year of continuous full time service, and thereafter each year of <br />full time service therby they srhall receive 6% of their base annual <br />salary as longevity increments. <br />Section 9. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single <br />person's rate toward the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross <br />and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53 YK <br />and 57 ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of Pii~lic Works <br />Division of the City of North Olmsted. <br />For all full time employees of the Public Works Division, the <br />City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, <br />of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the <br />Public Works Division, and in the event any full time employee of the <br />Public Works Division is married or is the head of the family the City <br />of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $330.00 per year <br />toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with the Blue Cross <br />and Medical Mutual., both single person's hospitalization and family <br />hospitalization plan shall be established by Contracts 53 YK and 57ZK. <br />Section 10.
