,~,, <br />CITY OF FORTH OLMSTED ORDIXANCE N0. 72- ~~ PAGE 4 <br />Two (2) weitks vacation after one (1) year full time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after t~even (7) years full time service <br />Four (4} weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. <br />Section 11. That all other Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts <br />of Ordinances or parts of Resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provi- <br />sions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance 130. 71-175, e~tscted <br />Dec. 7, 1971, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 12. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Division of Public Service, <br />Public Works Commissioner and #:he Director of Finance in order that the <br />Director of Finance can pay the compensation as hereinabove set forth. <br />Section 13. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safe~tY and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the <br />immediate necessity of adjusting with the requirements of the various <br />jobs.
