CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72-,,~' BY:_~~GrJ .. AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART FOR THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE. GITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, SETTING FORTH THE COMPEN- SATION TO BE PAID EMPLOYEES OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 71-49, ENACTED APRIL 20, 1971. WHEREAS, Council of the City of North O~aisted has established an Organizational Chart for the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted ; and WHEREAS, Council wishes to set forth the remuneration to be paid employees of the Finance Department ;and WHEREAS, Council has combined the Organizational Chart of the Finance Department and compensation to be paid to the employees of the Finance Department , including the Municipal Income Tax Division of the Finance Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : Section 1. That the complement of the Finance Department, and all its divisions shall be as follows Director of Finance Director of Finance's Secretary (also referred to as Assistant Finance Director ) Director of Finance Assistant Secreta ry Income Tax Administrator Clerical Help in Income Tax Division Said Finance Department shall be under the director of the Director of Finance who shall be responsible for the operation of the Finance Department. Section 2. That retroactive to April 1, 1972., the remunerat#oa of employees in the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted ,including all its divisions shall be as follows Director of Finance Director of Finance's Secretary ( Assistant Finance Director ) Director of Finance Assistant Secretary and other Clerical help necessary Income Tax Division Administrator Clerical Help (Tncome Tax Division $13, 000.00 Annually $ 5, 350.00 to $ 7, 563.00 ~.nually $ 1.44 to $ 5.00 to $ 4,280.00 to $ 3.00 Per hour . $ 5.64 Fer hour $ 5 , 644.25 Annually which salaries shall be payable by the Finance Director bi-weekly. Section 3. The secretarial and clerical help of the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted shall receive, as a longevity increment, the sum of $25.00. This longevity increment shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly salry paid to said secretary or clerical help, at ~h~s ~a~te of $25.00 for each and every year said secretary or clerical help has been continually employed by the City of North Olmsted, and said sum shall be paid on each anniversary date of employment.
