That all full time employees of the Finance Department shall receive the following holidays off, unless requested to work by the Director of Finance in emergencies, and shall receive regular rate of pay : New Year's Day : Memorial Day ; Independence Day :Labor Day :Thanksgiving Day : Chx3stmas Day :and the employees birthday . Section 5. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medial Mutual Hospitalization Plans, set forth in Contract 53YK and 57ZK, for alI secretarial and clerical employees of the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted. That for the Income Tax Division Administrator, the City of North Olmsted shall paX the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospitalization =cost for unmarried full time employees of the Finance Department, and in the event any full time employee of the Finance Department is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $200.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitalization plans shall be es- tablished by Contract 53YK and 57ZK, and excluding elected officials. Section 6. That all full time employees of the Finance Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 7. That the Assistant Director of Finance is hereby authorized to sign checks on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, but only in the event the Director of Finance is absent from the City or on vacation. Section 8. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Finance immediately upon its passage. Section 9. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed, especially Ordinance No. 71-49, enacted April 20, l~fil, with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 10. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
