.r. .. :r CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72-,~ page 2 That for the Director of Public Service and the Administrative Assistant the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Administration Department, and in the event any full time employee of the Administration Department is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additionalsum of $200.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospit~liztion plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitalization plans shall be established by Contract 53YK and 57 7K, elected officals excluded. Section 5. That all full time employees of the Adminstration Department shall receive the following holidays off, unless required to work by the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive regular rate of pay ; New Year's Day ; Memorial Day ;Independence Day ;Labor Day ;Thanksgiving Day ' Christmas Day ;and the employee's birthday. Section 6. That all full time employees of the Administration Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. Three (3) weeks vacatian after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15 ~ years full time service. Section 7. That the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Administration Department and the salaries to be pfd, which shall not in any way be construed as limiting the authority of the Mayor for the City of North Olmsted, as established by the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. , Section 8. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Finance Director immediately upon its passage in order that the Director of Finance can pay the compensation , as hereinabove set forth. Section 9. That all ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordit~xnces or parts of resolutions, and especially Ordinance No. 71-56, enactdc~ April 20, 1971, incon- sistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 10. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
