.r. .. :r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72-,~ page 2 <br />That for the Director of Public Service and the Administrative <br />Assistant the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, <br />of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Administration <br />Department, and in the event any full time employee of the Administration Department <br />is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an <br />additionalsum of $200.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospit~liztion plan <br />with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family <br />hospitalization plans shall be established by Contract 53YK and 57 7K, elected officals <br />excluded. <br />Section 5. That all full time employees of the Adminstration Department shall <br />receive the following holidays off, unless required to work by the Mayor in emergencies, <br />and shall receive regular rate of pay ; New Year's Day ; Memorial Day ;Independence <br />Day ;Labor Day ;Thanksgiving Day ' Christmas Day ;and the employee's birthday. <br />Section 6. That all full time employees of the Administration Department shall <br />be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. <br />Three (3) weeks vacatian after seven (7) years full time service. <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15 ~ years full time service. <br />Section 7. That the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Administration <br />Department and the salaries to be pfd, which shall not in any way be construed as <br />limiting the authority of the Mayor for the City of North Olmsted, as established by <br />the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. , <br />Section 8. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy of <br />this Ordinance to the Finance Director immediately upon its passage in order that the <br />Director of Finance can pay the compensation , as hereinabove set forth. <br />Section 9. That all ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordit~xnces or parts <br />of resolutions, and especially Ordinance No. 71-56, enactdc~ April 20, 1971, incon- <br />sistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed with the effective <br />date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 10. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: .~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
