The above fare schedule and time schedule are effective June 1, 1972. Section 5. The Director of Public Servfce is further instructed to notify the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and its employees, that the Senior Citizens Identification Card ~s issued for the exclusive use of the senior citizen named on the Identification Card and any employee who observes that an Identification Card is being used fraudulently shall report the fraudulent use, together with the name and number on the Identification Card to a supervisor of the North Olmsted Munici- pal Bus Line The supervisor shall notify the Director of Public Service who shall cancel the Identification Card and shall request the return of that Identification Card. The Director of Public Service shall, also, notify the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line that the drivers are not to honor reduced rate fares for the persons carrying the Identification Card and number, which has been cancelled. Section 6. That the Clerk of Council shall direct a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Public Service ; to the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line where it shall be posted for all drivers to read ; to the Council of the City of Fairview Park, Ohio ;and to the Board of Trustees and Council in Olmsted Township and Olmsted Falls, Ohio. Section 7. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. PASSED:!'
