Employees of the Public Works Division, Sei~uiee Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Depart- ment, Sanitary Sewer Systems and Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner shall be paid their regular rate of pay and shall not be required to work on the following holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christman Day; and the employee's birthday. Employees of the above departments of the Public Works Hivision shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless required to work on the said holidays by the Public Works Commissioner in case of an emergency. The Sanitary Sewer System employees shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless they are scheduled to work in maintaining sanitary sewer system facilities. Section 7. The secretarial help of the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted shall receive a longevity increment. The longevity increement shall be ~~gable over and above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to said secretary or clerical help and shall be at the rate of $25.00 per year for each and every year said secretary or clerical help has been continually employed by the City of North Olmsted. Section 8. All full time employees of the Pufllic Works Divi- sion, the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department and Sanitary Sewer System, except the Public Works Commissioner and secretary to the Public Works Commissioner, having completed five (5) years of full time continuous service, as employees of said department, shall be paid on additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of ten (10) years full time continuous service,, after which such employee shall receive 4% of their base a~~$1 salary, thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15) year of continuous full time service, after which said employee shall receive 5% of their base annual salary until completion of their twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service, and thereafter each year of full time service,. thes~ty ;they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments.: Section 9. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's rate toward the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted. For the Plant Maintenance Mechanic in the Sanitary Sewer System and for each hourly paid employee of the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department and Sanitary Sewer System, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department, and Sanitary Sewer System, and in the event any full time employee of the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Depart~ei~t and Sanitary Sewer System is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contrb~a~er~an additional sum. of $200.00 per year toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons' hospitalization and family hospitalization plans shall be established by Contracts 53~K and 57ZK. Section 10. All full time employees of the Public Works Divi- sion, Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department, Sanitary Sewer System and Secretary to the Public Works Commis- sioner shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule; ~x.,~: .,.~.,,..b. .. _._
