.,a,...: <br />~~n. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 71-1 /d Page 4 <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time <br />service <br />Section 11. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts <br />of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provi- <br />sions of this Ordinance, and especially ,Ordinance No. 71-62, enacted April <br />20, 197, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 12. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Division of Public Service, <br />Public Works Commissioner and the Director of Finance in order that the <br />Director of Finance can pay the compensation as hereinabove sef forth. <br />Section 13. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the <br />immediate necessity of adjusting with the requirements of the various <br />jobs. WHE~~ORE this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ~~~ ,~ ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
