<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 71-162 <br />~c_i~.yt <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT FOR <br />THE YEAR 1972, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY . <br />Whereas, the City of Cleveland under O.R.C. 3709.08 is <br />a member of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County; and <br />Whereas, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a <br />contract for the year 1972 for health services to be performed <br />by the Cu}+ti~oga County General Health District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked <br />Exhibit A, with the Cuyahoga County General Health District to <br />provide health services to the City of North Olmsted fram January <br />1, 1972, to December 31, 1972. <br />Section 2. That a copy of this Resolution shall be <br />forwarded to the Director of Finance for aithhority to pay semi- <br />annual payments under the providions of this contract. <br />Section 3. That this Resolution is declared to be an <br />emergency necessary for the public peace, health and welfare of <br />the City of North Olmsted by virtue of the fact that it is for <br />the benefit of the City of North Olmsted to furnish health services <br />to the residents.
