<br />The General Health District of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereby agrees to provide health services

<br />be provided by the District Board of Health of Cuyahoga County and will include all necessary medical,
<br />nursing, sanitary, laboratory and such other health services as are required by the Statutes of the State
<br />of Ohio.
