~; <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />;. , <br />ORDINANCE NO. 71- ~~ <br />Page 5 <br />Section 140.10 Photograph of Applicant and Police Check On Applicant <br />continued <br />(E) failure to list arrests, and/or any other information <br />desired by the Director of Public Safety ,would be <br />considered falsifying the application and Applicant <br />would be subject to arrest. <br />(F) All Applicants for special police work, as such Private <br />Policemen and/or Private Policewomen, must be finger- <br />printed and the Director of Public Safety, through his <br />Division of Police, shall cause a complete record check <br />made of the Applicant's character, or obtain any other <br />information he may desire. <br />Section 140.11 Identification <br />An identification card, with photograph attached as <br />outlined herein, shall be carried by such Private Police- <br />men and/or Private Policewomen at all times while on <br />duty in the City of North Olmsted in order to identify <br />himself or herself to our Division of Police showing that <br />he or she has been qualified to the satisfaction of the <br />Director of Public Safety and the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio . <br />Section 2 Existing Commissions <br />All existing Private Police Commisions shall expire <br />ninety (90) days after the efffective date of this <br />Ordinance . <br />Section 3. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: ~ ~ ~/`/~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
