- ,.~.~. <br />Vii' <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 71- ~~ ~ Page 4 <br />Section 140.09 Qualifications ReQUired For Commission As Private <br />Policemen and/or Private Policewomen -continued <br />(F) color of eyes ;color of hair ; place of birth ; length of <br />time he or she has resided in the County of Cuyahoga ; <br />whether a citizen of the United States ;place of previous <br />employment ;whether single, married or divorced ;whether <br />he or she has ever been arrested or convicted of a felony <br />or misdemeanor ;whether he or she has been summoned, <br />as a defendant in any criminal prosecution, to Court ; <br />whether he or she has ever had their drivers license <br />revoked, an d if so, for what cause ,which statement <br />shall be signed and sworn to by the Applicant and filed <br />with the said Director of Public Safety as a permanent <br />record . <br />(G) The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized and <br />empowered to establish additional rules and regulations <br />covering the issuance of such commissions of Private <br />Policemen and/or Private Policewomen, not inconsistent <br />herewith, as maybe necessary ,and reasonable. <br />(H) . Comply with Ohio Revised Code, Section 109.77 and <br />109.78 setting forth training requirements and all statutes <br />of the State of Ohio in force at the time the commission <br />is applied for. <br />Section 140.10 Photocrraph Of Applicant And Police Check On Au licant <br />(A) Each Applicant for a commission as Private Policemen <br />and/or Private Policewomen must file with his or her <br />application three (3) unretouched color photographs <br />of himself or herself, in such position as the Director <br />of Public Safety may direct, taken thirty (30) days <br />preceding the filing of his or her application. <br />(B) Photographs to be of a size which may be easily attached <br />to his or her commission, one of which shall be attached <br />to the commission when issued, the others shall be filed <br />with the application in the office of the Director of Public <br />Safety . <br />(C) The photograph shall be so attached to the commission <br />that it cannot be removed and another photograph substi- <br />tuted without detection. Where the application for a <br />commission is denied, two (2) copies of the photograph <br />shall be returned to the Applicant by the Director of Public <br />Safety. <br />(D) Each commissioned Private Policemen and/or Private <br />Policewomen shall, upon demand of an inspector of <br />licenses, or a policeman of the Division of Police, <br />or the Department of Public Safety, exhibit his or her <br />license and photograph for inspection. <br />(E) All applications for such commission as Private Police- <br />men and/or Private Policewomen shall be notarized, and <br />
