Section 6. Employees of the Public Works Division, Serviee Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department, Sanitary Sewer System and Secretary to Public Works Commissioner shall be paid their regualar rate of pay anc~ shall not be required to work on the following holidays :New Year's Day ; Memorial Day ;Independence Day ;Labor Day ;Thanksgiving Day ; Christmas Day ; the employee's birthdayA Employees of the above departments of the Public ViWUrks Division shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless required to work on the said holidays by the Public Works Commissioner in case of an emergency. The Sanitary Sewer System employees shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless they are scheduled to work in maintaining sanitary sewer system facilities. Section 7. The secretarial help of the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted shall receive a longevity increment. The longevity increment shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to said secretary or clerical help and shall be at the rate of $25.00 per year for each and every year said secretary or clerical help has beer~continually employed by the City of North Olmsted. Section 8. All full time employees of the Public Works Division, the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department and Sanitary Sewer System, except the Public Works Commissioner and secretary to the Public Works Commissioner, having completed five (5) years of full time continuous service, as employees of said department, shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of ten (10 ) years full time continuous service, after wh#zsh such employee shall receive 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15) year of continuous full time service, after which said empls~yee shall receive 596 of their base annual salary until completion of their tweni~th (20) year of continuous full time service, and thereafter each year of full time service thereby they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments. Section 9. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a singles persons rate towards the puchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutuhl Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53,YK and 57ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted. For the Plant Maintenace Mechanic in the Sanitary Sewer System and for each hourly paid employees of the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department and Sanitary Sewer System, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount ,single persons rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department, and Sanitary Sewer System, and in the event any full tires employee of the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department
