CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 71 - 62 PAGE 4 <br />and Sanitary Sewer System is married or is the head of the family the City <br />of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $200.00 per year <br />towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with the Blue Cross and <br />Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitalization <br />plans shall be established by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK. <br />Section 10. All full time employees of the Public Works Division, <br />Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance <br />Department, Sanitary Sewer System and Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner <br />shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule; <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7~ years full time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. <br />Section 11. That all other ordinance or resolutions, or parts of <br />ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions <br />of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 70-28, enacted January 20, 1970, <br />are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 12. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to forward a <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Division of Public Service, Public Works Commissioner <br />and the Director of Finance in order that the Director of Finance can pay the <br />compensation as hereinabove set forth. <br />Section 13. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate necessity of <br />adjusting with the requirements of the various jobs. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, <br />at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 4~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
