That excluding secretarial and clerical employees, that all full dime employees of the Building Department having completed five (5) years of full time continuous service, as employees of said department, shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of ten (10 ) years of full time continuous service, after which such employee shall receive 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter until the completion of the fifteenth (15 ) year of continuous full time service, and thereafter 5% of their base annual salary until after the completion of the twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service, and during each year of full time service thereafter they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments. Section 4. In computing length of service for the purose of making payments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time services, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments, and the exclusion for part-time servi~€ shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due them for part-time service, as employees of the Building Department. Section 5. The secretarial and clerical help of the Building Department of the City of North Olmsted shall receive, as a longevity increment, the sum of $25.00. This longevity increment shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to said secretary or clerical help, and shall be at the rate of $25.00 for each and every year said secretary or clerical hip has been continually employed by the City of North Olmsted. Section 6. That the employees of the Building Department shall not be required to work the following holidays, unless requested to work by the Building Commissioner in an emergency :New Year's Day ;Memorial Day ; Ind:ndence Day ;Labor Day ; Thsriksgiving Day ; Christmas Day ;the employee`s birthday, ffiection 7. That all full time employees of the Building Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service . Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 8. The Gity of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate towards the purchase of hospitalisation with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts S~.YK and 57 ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Building Department of the City of North Olmsted. That for the Building Commissioner, each full time Inspector of the Building Department, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount , single persons t+ate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Building Department, and in the event any full time employee of the Building Department is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $200.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual ,both single persons hospitalization and family hospitalization plans shall be established by Contracts 5'3YK and 57ZK. Section 9 . That any other ordinances or resolutions , or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and a speaii.ally Ordinance No . 70-5 ~+, enacted March 3 , 19 70 , are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance .
