~_ D CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 71- S~f ': / AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART FOR THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OFNORTH OLMSTED, AND SETTING FORTH THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID EMPLOYEES THEREOF, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 70-52, ENACTED MARCH3, 1970, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council wf she s to establish an :: Organizational Chart setting forth the number of employees within theEngineering Department of the City of North Olmsted ;and WHEREAS, Council wishes to set forth the remuneration_.of all employees in the Engineering Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Gity of North Olmsted, State of Ohio Section 1. That the complem~rnt of the North O1mst~d Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted shall be as follows City Engineer Acting City Engineer Assistant Engineer Party Chief Chief Inspector Inspectors (2 ) Draftsmen Engineering Aids (2 ) Secretary Clerk Consultant s Part-time Inspectors (as needed ) Summer Help (as needed ) Section 2. That retroactive to April 1, 1971, the remuneration of employees in the Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted shall be as follows City Engineer Acting City Engineer Assistant Engineer Party Chief Chief Inspector Inspectors Draftsmen Engineering Aids Secretary Clerk Part-time Inspector ( as needed ) Summer Help ( as needed ) $13, 910.00 to $17, 200.00 Annually $13 , 900.00 to $17 , 200.00 Annually $ 9, 630.00 to $12, 840.00 Annually $ 3.85 to $ 5.0 8 Per Hour $ 3.85 to $ 5.0 8 Per Hour $ 3.21 to $ 4.55 Per Hour $ 3.21 to $ 4.55 Per Hour $ 2.94 to $ 4.01 Per Hour $ 4, 601.00 to $ 5, 885.00 Annually $ 4 , 280.00 to $ 5 , 350.00 Annually $ 3.21 to $ 4.28 Per Hour $ 1.71 to $ 2.68 Per Hour which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance semi-monthly. ~:.~ ,..,,~..,,~ ,x
