That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Lines shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, Accident and Health <br />Insurance, which insurance shall pay the emptta+yee in the event he is unable to <br />work as a result of an accident or ill health, in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) <br />per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental and death benefits with <br />the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). <br />The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate <br />towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual <br />Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57ZK, for all secretarial <br />and clerical employees of the Municipal Bus Line of the City of North Olmsted. <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons <br />rate, of the hospitalization cast for unmarried full time employees of the Municipal <br />Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the Municipal Bus Line is <br />married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute <br />an additional sum of $100.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization <br />plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization <br />and family hospitalization plans shall be established by Contracts 53YK and <br />57ZK . <br />H. That all full time bus driving employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with <br />the following schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. <br />Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances <br />or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, <br />and especially Ordinance No. 71-45, enacted April 6, 1971, are hereby repealed <br />with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Finance, Director of Service <br />of the City of North Olmsted and a copy to the General Manager of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line. <br />Section 4. Thal;.this,9rdinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate necessity of adjusting <br />co~ensation for City employees so as to make such compensation commensurate with <br />the requirement of the various jobs. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise at the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED• -1~~ _ <br />ATTEST : ~ '} <br />Nora T.
