That mechanics and other employees in the garage of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be allowed to them the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per year for the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms worn by them in the performance of their duties in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line garage. D. That all maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; the employee's birthday. E. That all full time maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: Two (2) Weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) weeks full time service. F. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53 YK and 57 2K, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $100.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitali- zation plans shall be established by Contracts 53 YK and 57 ZK. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, Accident and Health Insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental death and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 70-173, effective Nove~er 4, 1970, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to forward copies of this Ordinance to the _Service Director of the City of North Olmsted and the General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. Section 4. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the City of North Olmsted by virtue of the immediate necessity of maintaining and increasing the moral and effectiveness of members of the North Olmsted Municipal
