That mechanics and other employees in the garage of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be allowed to them the sum of One Hundred <br />Dollars ($100.00) per year for the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms <br />worn by them in the performance of their duties in the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line garage. <br />D. That all maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not <br />be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the <br />General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following <br />holidays, the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace <br />the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's <br />Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas <br />Day; the employee's birthday. <br />E. That all full time maintenance employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />Two (2) Weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) weeks full time service. <br />F. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate <br />towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual <br />Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53 YK and 57 2K, for all <br />secretarial and clerical employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons <br />rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee <br />of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the <br />family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $100.00 <br />per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross <br />and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitali- <br />zation plans shall be established by Contracts 53 YK and 57 ZK. <br />That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, Accident <br />and Health Insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he <br />is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, the sum of <br />Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental <br />death and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars <br />($1,500.00). <br />Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of <br />ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions <br />of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 70-173, effective Nove~er 4, <br />1970, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed <br />to forward copies of this Ordinance to the _Service Director of the City of <br />North Olmsted and the General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />Section 4. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the City <br />of North Olmsted by virtue of the immediate necessity of maintaining and <br />increasing the moral and effectiveness of members of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />
