~'` CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 71- lj+f 9 BY: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART FOR THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE CIITY OF NORTH OLMST£D, SETTING FORTH THE COMPEN- SATION TO BE PAID EMPLOYEES OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 70-5®, ENACTED MARCH 3, 1970, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council in the City of North Olmsted has established an Organizational Chart for the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted ;and WHEREAS, Council wishes to set forth the remuneration to be paid employees of the Finance Department ;and WHEREAS, Council has combined the Organizational Chart of the Finance Department and compensation to be paid to the employees of the Finance Department, including the Municipal Income Tax Division of the Finance Department . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Cfty of North Olmsted, State of Ohio Section 1. That the complement of the Finance Department ,and all its divisions shall be as follows : Director of Finance Director of Finance's Secretary (also referred to as Assistant Finance Director) I~~irectmr of Finance Assistant Secretary Income Tax Administrator Clerical Help in Income Tax Division Said Finance Department shall be under the direction of the Director of Finance who shall be responsible for the operation of the Finance Department. Section 2. That retroactive to April 1, 1971, the remuneration of employees in the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted, including all its divisions shall be as follows : Director of Finance Director of Finance's Secretary (Assistant Finance Director ) Director of Finance Assistant Secretary and other Clerical help necessary Income Tax Division Administrator Clerical Help (income Tax Division ) $11, 000..00 Annually $ 5 , 350.00 to $ 7 ,169.00 Annually $ 1.44 t~ $ 2.84 Fer Hour 5.00 to $ 5.35" Per Hour $ 4, 280.00 to $ 5, 350.00 Annually which salaries shall be payable by the Finance Director semi-monthly. _.
