That upon the appointment of a new driver he shall be allowed the sum of $75.00 for uniforms and accessories for the first year, and $65.00 per year after the completion of the first year of such appointment. F. That all bus driving employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays the employee shall re- ceive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows :New Year's Day ; Memorial Day ;Independence Day ; Labor Day ;Thanksgiving Day ;Christmas Day ;and the employee's birthday. G. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, Accident and Health Insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to work, as a result of an accident or ill health, in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00 ) per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1, 500.00 ) . The North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall pay an amount equal to a single persons rate towards the cost of Blue Cross Hospitalization and Medical Mutual premiums for each full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, as established by Cont tact 52YK and Contract 57ZK. H. That all `:full time bus driving employees of the North Olms ted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 2. That all other Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or parts of Resolution inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 70-97, effective July 7, 1970, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to forward copies of this Ordinance to the Service Director of the City of North Olmsted and the General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. Section 4. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
