<br />~,^,.~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 70-,~ ~ PAGE 2 <br />Beginning on the Northwesterly line of Lorain Road (60 feet wide) at <br />a point which bears North 59° 53' East 412.04 feet from the intersection <br />of said Northwesterly line with the Easterly line of premises conveyed <br />to Matilda A. Austin by deed dated August 27, 1881 and recorded in <br />Volume 325, Page 441 of Cuyahoga County Records ;thence North 17° <br />10' 04" West along the Easterly line of premises conveyed to James <br />Bush and Gertrude- Bush, husband and wife , by deec~° dated December <br />9, 1924, and recorded in Volume 3149, Page 479 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records, 192.66 feet ;thence South 70° 52' West 40 feet ;thence <br />South 14° 41' 34" East 202.68 feet to the Northerly line of Lorain Road ; <br />thence North 59° 53' East along the Northerly line of Lorain Road, 50 <br />feet to the place of beginning, and being further known as Sub Lot No. <br />7 in Leon M Coe's proposed Allotment of part Original Dover Township <br />Lot No. 8, but subject to the widening of Lorain Road, as shown by <br />the recorded plat in Volume 130 of Maps, Page 24 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />Parcel No. 3 <br />Situated ir- the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State <br />of Ohio :and known as partQf Original Dover Township Lots Nos. 8 <br />and 18 and further described as follows <br />Beginning on the Southerly line of land conveyed to Bertha Schwartz by <br />deed recorded in Volume 3246, Page 97 of Cuyahoga County Records at <br />a point 213.81 feet Easterly from the Southwesterly corner thereof ; <br />Thence Easterly along said Southerly line, about 709.56 feet to the <br />center line of Columbia Road (formerly Hall Road) 60 feet wide ; <br />thence Southeasterly along skid center line of Columbia Road, about <br />60.32 feet to the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to Blanche <br />Bell by deed recorded in Volume 3230, Page 12 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records ;thence Westerly along the Northerly line of land so conveyed, <br />about 402.27 feet to the Northwesterly corner thereof ;thence Southerly <br />along the Westerly line ®f land so conveyed to Blanche Bell and along <br />the Westerly lines of lands conveyed to James Cooney by deed recorded <br />in Volume 2808 , Page 199, to Gustave E. and Eleanore C. Pocsik by deed recorded in Volume 6017, Page <br />496 of Cuyahoga County Records ; thence Southwesterly along the <br />Northwesterly line of said first parcel 165.20 feet to a point of curvature <br />on the Easterly line of proposed Coralyn Avenue ; thence Southerly along <br />said Easterly line (which is the arc of a circl deflecting to the right, <br />having a radius of 160.46 feet) 120.64 feet to a point of compound <br />curvature ;thence continuing Southerly along said Easterly line (which <br />is the arc of a circle deflecting to the left, having a radius of 95 feet ) <br />95.10 feet to a point of tangency ;thence Southerly along said Easterly <br />line (which is the Westerly line of land conveyed to Frank and Anna <br />Alberscheit by deed recorded in Volume 6017, Page 499 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records) 124.60 feet to the Northerly end of a turnout between <br />said Easterly line and the Northwesterly line of Lorain Road 80 feet <br />
