_ - ~r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 70-~~'J PAGE 3 <br />wide ;thence Northeasterly along said turnout (which is a curved <br />line deflecting to the left having a radius of 20 feet ), 32.69 feet to <br />said Northwesterly line of Lorain Road ;thence Southwesterly along <br />said Northwesterly line of Lorain Road, 81.83 feet to the North- <br />easterly line of land conveyed to Anna Rusak by deed recorded in <br />Volume 6066, Page 583 of Cuyahoga County Records ;thence North- <br />westerly Tong said Northeasterly line (which is also the South- <br />westerly line of proposed Coe Avenue, 50 feet wide) about 106.88 <br />feet to an angle ;thence continuing Northwesterly along said North- <br />easterly line about 63.26 feet to the most Northerly corner of land <br />conveyed to Anna Rusak as aforesaid ;thence Southwesterly along <br />the Northwesterly line of land so conveyed and along the North- <br />westerly line of land conveyed to Anna Rusak by deed recorded in <br />Volume 6074, Page 1 of Cuyahoga County Records, about 85 feet <br />to a Southwesterly corner of land conveyed to Nancy W.
