Y <br />DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS on the day <br />of , 1970, the Council of the CITY OF NORTH OT.MSTED, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, (the "Grantor") enacted Ordinance No. <br />authorizing the conveyance of the real estate hereinafter described; and <br />WHEREAS on , 1970, said Council also in Ordinance <br />No. authorized the execution of a lease agreement between COMMUNITX <br />RECREATION COMPANY, DIVISION OF THE BLARE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, an Ohio <br />corporation, (the "Grantee") covering all of the premises hereinafter <br />described and conveyed and such lease agreement (herein called the "Lease") <br />has been executed and delivered simultaneously herewith; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Grantor, which claims title under a deed recorded <br />in Cuyahoga County Deed Volume page , by its Mayor pursuant to and <br />in consideration of the foregoing and of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to <br />it paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and <br />other good and valuable considerations as set forth in the Ordinance afore- <br />said, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, its <br />successors and assigns, but only for so long as the premises are subject to <br />the Lease, the following described real estate situated in the City of North <br />Olmsted, i.n the County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, to wit; <br />Starting at a point located as follows: Beginning at the <br />center line intersection of North Park Drive and West Park <br />Drive in the City of North Olmsted, thence N. 88° ~+3' S0" E. <br />a distance of 135 feet along the center line of North Park <br />Drive to a point, thence S. 1° 16' 10" E. a distance of 270 <br />feet to the point of beginning.
