~,, ,~ ~ ~~ LEASE AGREEMENT THIS INDENTURE OF LEASE, made this day 'of , 1970, between the CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, an Ohio municipal corporation (herein called the "City"), as Lessee and COMMUNITY RECREATION COi~ANY, DIVISION OF THE BLARE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, an Ohio corporation for profit (herein called "CRC") as Lessor. W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, CRC has specialized skill and experience in the con- struction and management of public swimming facilities and the City wishes to avail itself of the same in order to provide for the City and its a.nhabit- ants a municipal swimming pool facility; and WHEREAS, the City has simultaneously with the execution of this Lease Agreement by the Mayor on behalf of the City conveyed to CRC by deed (hereinafter referred to as the "Deed") certain real property more particularly described therein and on page two (2) hereof immediately prior to Section 1, and such real property is hereinafter referred to as the "Premises"; and WHEREAS, CRC has proposed to construct and develop on the Premises in accordance with the general plans and specifications hereinafter referred to, a municipal swimming pool facility, which, in general terms, will consist of a swimming pool, diving pool, wading pool, bathhouse, filtration, chlorin- ators, pumping and heating equipment, chain link fence and gates, and usual appurtenances for a complete municipal swimming facility (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") in consideration of the aforesaid conveyance by City to CRC of the Premises and the City's Agreement to lease the Premises and the Project; and rxh:ibit A to Ordinance No.
