Regularly employed personnel who work less than full time shall <br />receive pro-rated sick, leave credit based on the above paragraph <br />for the portion of time they are employed. <br />3. Employees shall receive annual sick leave according to the following <br />formula: <br />Sick Leave Days Per Year - 1.25 x Months x Hours <br />8 <br />Sick Leave days per year represent the eight-hour (8) days ac- <br />cumulated ;months represents the months worked per year ; hours <br />represents the hours worked per day. <br />4. Any employee who transfers from one department within the City to <br />another shall be credited with the unused ba-lance of sick leave ac- <br />cumulated. This shall in no way be construed as ref~rrinc~ to anv <br />City other than North Olmsted. <br />B. Use of Sick Leave <br />Employees may use sick leave for absence due to <br />1. Personal illness, injury, or exposure to contagious disease where <br />quarantined by the Board of Health. <br />2.
