<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />G. That all full time employees of the Police Department shall be entitled <br />to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (I) years full time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. <br />Section 3. That employees of the Police Department of the City of North <br />Olmsted be reimbursed, not to exceed $3.00 per day, for per diem expenses while <br />in attendance at the Police Training School established by the Cuyahoga County <br />Commissioners at Western Reserve University, which schoo is for a two (2 ) <br />week period with ten (10) days class attendance. <br />Section 4. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances <br />or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, <br />and especially Ordinance No. 69-58, are hereby repealed with the effective date <br />of this Ordinance. <br />Section 5. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Finance in order that~the <br />Director of Finance can pay the compensation as hereinabove set forth, and a <br />copy to the Chief of Police . <br />Section 6. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, safety, <br />health and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that this Ordinance is necessary <br />to immediately establish for the Police Department and for the members of Council <br />the Organizational Chart and thepay salaries for the Police Department.
