CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED G. That all full time employees of the Police Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (I) years full time service Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 3. That employees of the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted be reimbursed, not to exceed $3.00 per day, for per diem expenses while in attendance at the Police Training School established by the Cuyahoga County Commissioners at Western Reserve University, which schoo is for a two (2 ) week period with ten (10) days class attendance. Section 4. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 69-58, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 5. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Finance in order that~the Director of Finance can pay the compensation as hereinabove set forth, and a copy to the Chief of Police . Section 6. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, safety, health and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that this Ordinance is necessary to immediately establish for the Police Department and for the members of Council the Organizational Chart and thepay salaries for the Police Department. WHERE- FORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law.
