.. ~, <br />r ,, <br />- 2 - <br />to a point in the Northeasterly corner of Brookpark Road Extension <br />(80 feet wide) as recorded on a dedication plat in Volume 210, <br />Page 72 of Cuyahoga County Map Records; Thence South 21° ~8' 57" <br />East along the Eastexly line of said Brookpark Road Extension, said <br />line also being the Westerly line of a parcel of land conveyed to <br />The Capital Rational Bank by deed as recorded in Volume 118+5, ~6e <br />57 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records, a distance of g~.85 feet to a <br />point of curvature; Thence 346.49 feet along the arc of a curve <br />deflecting to the right, and having a radius of 360.00 feet, a chord <br />distance of 333.^7 feet that bears South 47° 54' lg" East to a point <br />of tangency; Thence South 20° 19' S7" Ee-at a distance of 96.85 feet <br />to a point in the tangent connecting the old center line of Lorain <br />Road with the new center line; Thence North 65° 59' 43" East along <br />the tangent connecting the old center line of Lorain Road with the <br />new center line and passing thrmagh an iron pin at the point of <br />reverse curvature a distance of 75.07 feet to the principal place <br />of beginning, according to a survey by Carl S. Andr~no, Ohio Regis- <br />tered Surveyor No. 5194, be the same more or leas, but sub~eet to all <br />legal highways. <br />Section 2. That this Council hereby ftiirther determines that the <br />property more particularly described in Section 1 hereof and required for <br />the aforesaid extension of Broolcpac Road shall be purchased, apprapr3.ated <br />or otherwise acquired in t'he manu+~r provided by law; that therm Brook- <br />park Road as so extended and as a public street shall be improved by gxad- <br />ing, draining, curbing and paving. <br />Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the iamediate preservation of the public peace, health <br />and safety and for the further reason that immediate opening of the afore- <br />said extension of Brookpark Road is urgently required to promote the free <br />flow of traffic, afford adequate police a8d fire protection and prov3.e~ ac- <br />cess to the abutting properties; Therefore, this ordinance shall be in full <br />force and effect from and itsnediately after its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ ,,~._ <br />ATTEST: /. ~~ <br />Nora T.
