<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 73-,~ <br /> <br />Page 2 <br />Section 4. That retroactive to January 1, 1973, the compensation to be paid <br />to members and employees of the Wastewater Treatment Section of the Public Works <br />Division of the City of North Olmsted shall be as follows : <br />Superintendent, Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />Class III <br />Class IV <br />$10, 000.00 to $13, 500.00 Annually <br />$11, 000.00 to $15 , 500.00 Annually <br />Assistant Superintendent of Operations <br />Class III <br />Class IV <br />Assistant Superintendent of <br />Systems <br />Chief Mechanic <br />Maintenance Mechanic <br />Mechanic Helper <br />Maintenance Laborer <br />Truck Driver <br />Plant Operator <br />Plant Laborer <br />Systems Foreman <br />Systems Maintenance <br />Technician <br />Systems Equipment Operator <br />Lift Station Attendant <br />Systems Laborer <br />which salaries and wages shall be paid bi-weakly by the Director of Finance. <br />Section 5. Employees of the Public Works Division shall be paid their regular <br />rate of pay and shall not be required to work on the following holidays :New Year's <br />Day ;Presidents Day ; Memorial Day ;Independence Day ;Labor Day ;Thanksgiving <br />Day ; Christmas Day and the employee's birthday. Employees of the Wastewater <br />Treatment and Collection System Section of the Public Works Division shall not be <br />required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless required to work on said holidays <br />by the Public Works Commissioner in case of an emergency. <br />Section 6. All full time employees of the Public Works Division except the <br />Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner, having completed five (5 }years of <br />full time continuous service , as employees of said department or having been trans- <br />ferred from some other department by administrative appointment shall be paid an <br />additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of ten (10 <br />years full time continuous service, after which such employee shall receive 4% <br />of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15 <br />year of continuous full time service, after which said employee shall receive 5% <br />of their base annual salary until completion of their twentieth ( 20 ~ year of <br />continous full time service, and thereafter each year of full time service thereby <br />they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />Section 7. For all full time employees of the Publie Works Division ,the <br />City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, singles person's rate, of the <br />hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Public Works <br />Division, and in the event any full time employee of the Public Works Division <br />is married or is the head of the family, the City of North Olmsted shall contribute <br />an additional sum of $330.00 per year towaad the cost of a family hospitalization <br />plan with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual , or with Kaiser Community Health <br />Foundation Plan. <br />$ 8, 000.00 to $12, 000.00 Annually <br />$ 9, 700.00 to $13, 500.00 Annually <br />$10, 500.00 to $14, 000.00 Annually <br />$ 4.40 to $ 5.90 Per Hour <br />$ 3.20 to $ 5.00 Per Hour <br />$ 2.95 to $ 4.00 Per Hour <br />$ 2.95 to $ 3.90 Per Hour <br />$ 2.95 to $ 3.90 Per Hour <br />$ 3.20 to $ 4.20 Per Hour <br />$ 2.95 to $ 3.90 Per Hour <br />$ 4.40 to $ 5.60 Per Hour <br />$ 4.00 to $ 4.75 Per Hour <br />$ 2.95 to $ 4.50 Per Hour <br />$ 2.9 5 to $ 3.9 0 Per Hour <br />$ 2.95 to $ 3.90 Per Hour <br /> <br />
