That retroactive to January 1, 1973, the compensation to be paid to members and employees of the Wastewater Treatment Section of the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted shall be as follows : Superintendent, Wastewater Treatment Plant Class III Class IV $10, 000.00 to $13, 500.00 Annually $11, 000.00 to $15 , 500.00 Annually Assistant Superintendent of Operations Class III Class IV Assistant Superintendent of Systems Chief Mechanic Maintenance Mechanic Mechanic Helper Maintenance Laborer Truck Driver Plant Operator Plant Laborer Systems Foreman Systems Maintenance Technician Systems Equipment Operator Lift Station Attendant Systems Laborer which salaries and wages shall be paid bi-weakly by the Director of Finance. Section 5. Employees of the Public Works Division shall be paid their regular rate of pay and shall not be required to work on the following holidays :New Year's Day ;Presidents Day ; Memorial Day ;Independence Day ;Labor Day ;Thanksgiving Day ; Christmas Day and the employee's birthday. Employees of the Wastewater Treatment and Collection System Section of the Public Works Division shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless required to work on said holidays by the Public Works Commissioner in case of an emergency. Section 6. All full time employees of the Public Works Division except the Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner, having completed five (5 }years of full time continuous service , as employees of said department or having been trans- ferred from some other department by administrative appointment shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of ten (10 years full time continuous service, after which such employee shall receive 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15 year of continuous full time service, after which said employee shall receive 5% of their base annual salary until completion of their twentieth ( 20 ~ year of continous full time service, and thereafter each year of full time service thereby they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments. Section 7. For all full time employees of the Publie Works Division ,the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, singles person's rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Public Works Division, and in the event any full time employee of the Public Works Division is married or is the head of the family, the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $330.00 per year towaad the cost of a family hospitalization plan with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual , or with Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan. $ 8, 000.00 to $12, 000.00 Annually $ 9, 700.00 to $13, 500.00 Annually $10, 500.00 to $14, 000.00 Annually $ 4.40 to $ 5.90 Per Hour $ 3.20 to $ 5.00 Per Hour $ 2.95 to $ 4.00 Per Hour $ 2.95 to $ 3.90 Per Hour $ 2.95 to $ 3.90 Per Hour $ 3.20 to $ 4.20 Per Hour $ 2.95 to $ 3.90 Per Hour $ 4.40 to $ 5.60 Per Hour $ 4.00 to $ 4.75 Per Hour $ 2.95 to $ 4.50 Per Hour $ 2.9 5 to $ 3.9 0 Per Hour $ 2.95 to $ 3.90 Per Hour
