<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 73- ~~ <br />Page 3 <br />Section 8. All full time employees of the Public Works Division shall be <br />entitled to an annual vacation inaccordance with the following schedule ; <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service <br />Four (4) web~ks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. <br />Section 9. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinance or <br />parts of resolution inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and <br />especially Ordinance No. 72-132, enacted September 19, 1972, are hereby repealad <br />with the effective date of this Ordinance . <br />Section 10. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to forward a copy <br />of his Ordinance to the Department of Public Service, to the Public Works Com- <br />missioner and the Director of Finance in order that the Director of Finance can <br />pay the compensation as hereinabove set forth. <br />Section 11. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate necessity of adjusting <br />with the requirements of the various jobs. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passge, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ <br />o~ <br />Nora T.
