WHEREAS, Council has adopted Organizational Charts for all employees, both salaried and hourly of the City of North Olmsted, and WHEREAS, Council has adopted the Organizational Charts for the purpose of identification as to duties performed and remuneration received, and WHEREAS, Council has combined the Secretarial and Clerical positions of all previous departments into one ordinance, and WHEREAS, Council agrees that the supervision and work assignments of these employees shall continue to be the responsibility of each department head as in the past, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That. the compensation for Secretaries shall be paid within the range of: $5574. to $8237 Annually $ 2.68 to $3.96 Per hour To be determined by the Department head in the department where the secretary is employed and the Council of the City of North Olmsted, retroactive to January 1, 1973. Section 2: That the compensation for Clerical Assistant II shall be paid within the raag~ of: $ 4868. to $6552 Annually $, 2.34 to $ 3.15 Per hour To be determined by the Department head in the department where the clerks are employed and the Council of the City of North Olmsted retroactive to January 1, 1973.
