Section 3. That for the Director of Public Service and the Administrative Assistant the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Admini- stration Department, and in the event any full time employee of the Administration Department is married or is the head of ~dhe family, the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $200.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospi- talization plan with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, or with the Kaiser Com- munity Foundation Plan, elected officials excluded. Section 4. That all full time employees of the Administration Department shall receive the following holidays off, unless required to work by the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive regular rate of pay :New Year's Day ; Presidents Day ; Memorial Day ;Independence Day ;Labor Day ;Thanksgiving Day ; Christmas Day and the employee's birthday. Section 5. That all full time employees of the administration Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years foil time service Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service . Section 6. That the purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the Administration Department and the salaries to be paid, which shall not in any way be construed as limiting the authority of the Mayor for the City of North Olmsted, as established by the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. Section 7. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Finance immediately upon its passage in order that the D irector of Finance can pay the compensation, as hereinabove set forth. Section 8. That all ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to theprovisions in this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 72-193, enacted Decr~ber 5, 1972, are hammy repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 9. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the changes herein contained are necessary for the continual growth and operation of the City of North Olmsted.
