That mechanics and other employees in the garage of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be allowed the sum of One Hundred <br />Dollars ($100.00) per year for the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms worn <br />by them in the performance of their duties in the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line garage. <br />D. That all maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not <br />be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the <br />General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following <br />holidays, the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace <br />the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's <br />Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas <br />Day; the employee's birthday; and President's Day. <br />E. That all full time maintenance employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time ser~rce <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) yFeajrs full time service <br />F. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's <br />rate toward the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and <br />Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53-YK and <br />57ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line. <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's <br />rate of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee <br />of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the <br />family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of <br />$100.00 per year toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with <br />Blue Cross and Medical Mutual. Both single persons' hospitalization <br />and family hospitalization plans shall be established by Contracts 53-YK <br />and 57 ZK. <br />That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, <br />accident and health insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in <br />the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, <br />the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance shall also <br />have accidental death and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen <br />Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). <br />Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of <br />ordinances or parts of resolutions inconsistent with the provisions of <br />this Ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 72-84, effective June 6, <br />1972, are hereby rep~aled:°with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />directed to forward copies of this Ordinance to the Service Director <br />of the City of North Olmsted and the General Manager of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />APPROVED: G~~ 73 <br />~~~~~~ <br />Ralph E.
