That excluding secretarial and clerical employees, that all full time employees of the Fire Department having completed five (5) years of full time continuous service, as employees of said department, shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until comple- tion of the tenth (10) year of continuous full time service, after which such employee shall receive 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter until the completion of the fifteenth (15) year of continuous full time service, and thereafter 5% of their base annual salary until the completion of the twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service, and during each year of full time service thereafter they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments. C. F. That all full time employees of the Fire Department shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on those certain holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Fire Chief. In the event the employee ~~orks on one of the following holidays, the em- ployee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Presidents Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas nay; the employee's birthday and the employee's personal use day. G. That all full time employees of the Fire Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance wa_th the following schedule: T~1To (2) weeks vacation after one (l) year full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (IS) years full time service. Section 3. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance and especially Ordinance Dto. 72-1.24, enacted July 18, 1972, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 4. That the employees of the Fire Department of the City of North Olmsted be reimbursed, not to exceed $3.00 per day for per diem expenses while in attendance of the Firemen's Training School established by the State of Ohio at a place designated by the Fire Chief, which school i.s for a four (4) week period with twenty (20) days of class attendance required. s~.~~.~~ ,.. , .. . .~,.~.,.~., _ ,. r
