CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-37 <br />A SOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO <br />AN AGF,tEEMENT WITH THE NORTH OLMSTED BOARD OF <br />EDUCATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF LAND. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of North Olmsted has heretofore <br />indicated their desire to transfer land to the North Olmsted Board of <br />Education for the use of the residents of the City of North Olmsted as <br />a joint recreation and playground area; and <br />WHEREAS, the North Olmsted Board of Education has agreed to <br />expend certain sums for the development of. the land transferred to it <br />by the City of. North Olmsted into a ,point recreation and playground area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of. the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit A, with the North <br />Olmsted Board of Education for the transfer of land from the City of North <br />Olmsted to the North Olmsted Board of Education for the establishment of a <br />joint recreation-playground area and is further autho tined to sign all deeds, <br />instruments of conveyance on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, and is <br />further authorized to accept all deeds, easements and instruments of <br />conveyance an behalf of the City of North Olmsted and to do anything necessary <br />to carry out the terms of the contract which is set .forth above. <br />Section 2: i+THEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 of the <br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED : ~,~ ~,,~~, <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
