of <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINAIVCE NO. 68-o?/6 <br />• <br />? <br />BY ? <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT WITH WALTER H. DRANE COMPANY FOR THE <br />PURPOSES OF BRINGING THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE <br />CITY OF IVORTH OLMSTED UP TO DATE AND IIV CONFORMANCE <br />WITH THE STATUTES OF THE STATE OF OHIO, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with the Walter H. Drane Company, 10660 Camegie Avenue, <br />Cleveland, Ohio, for the purposes of bringing the Codified Ordiances of the City <br />of North Olmsted up to date and in conformance with the Statutes of the State of <br />Ohio, a copy of which contract is attached hereto incorporated herein by reference <br />and marked for identification purposes as Exhibit " A," <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the immediate necessity of confm-ming the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted to the Statutes of the State of Ohio. <br />WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage, otherwise, at the earliest periori allowed by law. <br />PASSE • <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />- r\ <br />Francis J.
