CITY OF NORIi OLMSTED ORDINANCE ATO. 68- )4`,;?a PAGE 3 specification accompanying the plans are not complete or are im- perfect, the permit shall not be issued. 713 . 0 7 ComAliance with Zoninct No license shall be granted for the construction or operation of such apartment houses, rental dwellings, rooming houses, dormitories and accessory sleeping quarters for non-transients, in violation of the zoning or other ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. 713.08 Suspension of License The Building Commt.ssioner may suspend the license provided for in 713.03 of this Chapter upon being advised by the Fire Chief, Police Chief,or Building Commissioner, that said premises are in violation of any provision of this Chapter, Ordinance or Resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. 713.09 Cancellation of License The Building Commissioner may cancel any license issued hereunder and withdraw a Certificate -of Occupancy for any apatztmient house, rental dwelling, rooming house, doemitory and accessory sleeping quarters for non-traneients, when a violation of a Statute of the State of Ohio, the Fire PreventionCode of the City of North Olmsted, or an Ordiaanee of the City of Noqh Olmsted has been ifbund to exist on the premises in excess of Sixty t 60 ) days after notice hee been sent to the owner of said apartment. Notification for the purpose of this eedtion shall be bvi certified or recristereld mail to the owner at the address shown on the Cuvahoaa Countv tax duplicate reeards . 713.10 Appeals In case the Building Commissioner tefuses to issue a license,or cancels , or suspends a license, the applicant may appeal from such order to the Board of Building Code of AppbMs. Notice of such appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Board of Building Code of Appeals within Fifteen ( 15 ) days 8fter the making of_r such order. The Board of Building Code of Appeals within Ten ( 10 ) days after the filing of such notice of appeal shall proceed withtttk-. hearing of such appeal, at which hearing allpgoties interested shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard. The Board of Building Code of Appeals shall approve, modify or annul such order from which the appeal has been perfected, and the finding of the Board of Building Code of Appeals shall be final on all parties thereto. 713.11 Conflict In the event of conflict between any provisions of this code, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant of this code, and any pro- visions of the Ordinancee of the City of North Olmsted, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such Ordinances, the more restrictive proirisions shall prevail.
