CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 68- ? PAGE 4 <br />violate or in any manner aid, assist, encourage or countenance the <br />commission or perpetration of a violation of said proclamation, and <br />upon conviction thereof, any such person shall be punithed by a <br />fine of not less than $100.00 and not more than $500.00, or by im- <br />prisonment fxir a period of time not less than one ( 1) day and not <br />more than thirty ( 30) days. For the purpose of the prosecution of any <br />person for the violation of this ordinance, a copy of the proclamation <br />of the Mayor certified by the Clerk of Council to be a true and correct <br />copy thereof shall be deemed to constitute prima facie evidence that <br />such proclamation was duly issued by the Mayor on the date and at <br />the time set forth thiBrein pursuant to the authority contained in this <br />ordinance. <br />Section 8. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the pubhU81 peace, safety, <br />health and welfare of the City by virtue of the reason that the powers granted <br />hereunder are needed to preserve order.
