Employees of the Public Works Division, Superintendent of Parks, Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Mainten- ance Department, Sanitary Sewer System and Secretary to Public Works Commis- sioner shall not be required to work on the following holidays: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christ- mas Day. Employees of the above departments of the Public Works Division shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless required to work on the said holiday by the Public Works Commissioner in case of an emergency. The Sanitary Sewer System employees shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless they are scheduled to work in maintaining sanitary sewer system facilities. Section 7. All full time employees of the Public Works Division, the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department and Sanitary Sewer System, except the Public Works Commissioner and Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner, having completed five (5) years of full time continuous service as employees in said department shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until com- pletion of ten (10) years full time service, after which such employees shalt receive 4% of their base annual salary thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15) year of continuous full time service, after which said employees shall receive 5% of their base annual salary untit completion of their twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service, and thereafter each year of full time service thereafter they shal) receive 6% of their base annual salary as longe- vity increments.
