Employees of the Public Works Division, Superintendent of <br />Parks, Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Mainten- <br />ance Department, Sanitary Sewer System and Secretary to Public Works Commis- <br />sioner shall not be required to work on the following holidays: New Year's <br />Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; and Christ- <br />mas Day. Employees of the above departments of the Public Works Division <br />shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless required to <br />work on the said holiday by the Public Works Commissioner in case of an <br />emergency. The Sanitary Sewer System employees shall not be required to work <br />on the aforesaid holidays unless they are scheduled to work in maintaining <br />sanitary sewer system facilities. <br />Section 7. All full time employees of the Public Works Division, the <br />Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance <br />Department and Sanitary Sewer System, except the Public Works Commissioner <br />and Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner, having completed five (5) <br />years of full time continuous service as employees in said department shall <br />be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until com- <br />pletion of ten (10) years full time service, after which such employees shalt <br />receive 4% of their base annual salary thereafter until completion of their <br />fifteenth (15) year of continuous full time service, after which said employees <br />shall receive 5% of their base annual salary untit completion of their twentieth <br />(20) year of continuous full time service, and thereafter each year of full time <br />service thereafter they shal) receive 6% of their base annual salary as longe- <br />vity increments. <br />Section 8. For the PlanG Maintenance Mechanic in the Sanitary Sewer <br />System and for each hourly paid employee of the Service Department, Vehicle
