CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 68-/',? PAGE 4 <br />Maintenance Department, Building Maintenance Department and Sanitary Sewer <br />System, the City of North Olmsted shall pay an amount equal to a single person's <br />rate per month towards the cost of Blue Cross Hospitalization and Medical Mutual <br />15remiums oB said members of the Service Department, Vehicle Maintenance <br />Department, Building Maintenance Department and Sanitary Sewer System, as <br />established by Contract 52YS effective the 22nd day of May, 1965. <br />Section 9. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of <br />ordiances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of <br />this Ordinance , and especially Ordinance 1Vo. 68-16 , are hereby repealed with <br />the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 10. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to forward <br />a copy of this Ordinance to the Division of Public Service, Public Works <br />Commissioner and the Director of Finance in order that the Director of Finance <br />can pay the compensatfon as hereinabove set forth. <br />Section 11. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate necessity of adjusting <br />with the requirements of the various jobs.
