4 ` • <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 68- /0# PAGE 2 <br />B: Shall deposit to protect the City of North Olmsted from any <br />and all law suits filed against it, a policy or policies of liability <br />or indemnity insurance issued by a company licensed to do business <br />within the State of Ohio, recognizing the City of North Olmsted as <br />an additional insured, in a total amount of not less than $100, 000/ <br />$300, 000. 00 for any personal injury and $50, 000. 00 for any property <br />damage caused as a result or consequence of the traveling public <br />show or carnival having appeared within the City of North Olmsted. <br />C: The sponsoring organization shall arrange for traveling: public <br />show or carnival employees to have living quarters outside of any <br />public park area or other public places, so that the Safety-Service <br />Director can be assured that no traveling public show or carnival <br />employee will be living in trailers or any other type of living <br />quarters within the traveling public show or carnival area, public <br />parks, or any other public places. In addition, no pets belonging <br />to employees of the traveling public show or carnival will be per- <br />mitted within the public areas, accept such animals as might be <br />an intergral part of the traveling public show or carnival. <br />Section 702.03 - Refund of Deposit Monies <br />When such traveling public show or carnival has completed its <br />performances and is about to depart from the City of North Olmsted, <br />the Safety-Service Director shall ascertain all costs incurred by the <br />city as a result of the traveling public show or carnival appearing <br />within the City of North Olmsted and shall so advise the Finance <br />Director of the costs so incurred, who shall then deduct from the <br />aforesaid $500.00 deposit the costs so incurred, and whom shall <br />then refund to the person who made the original deposit, the <br />balance of the deposit remaining. <br />Section 702.04 - Intoxicating Liquor on Premises. <br />No intoxicating liquor shall be sold on the premises rented or used <br />as herein mentioned unless such premises hold proper permits from <br />the Ohio State Liquor Control Board to dispense intoxicants. The <br />owner of any premises rented or used as specified in this Chapter <br />shall not allow the use or consumption of intoxicants or alcoholic <br />beverages on such premises by persons under twenty-one years of <br />age. <br />Section 702.05 - Enforcement. <br />Properly appointed inspectors and police officers are authorized to <br />inspect and police any premises used in the manner set forth in <br />Section 702.01 to 702.05, for the purpose of maintaining order, <br />preserving peace and the enforcement of law. <br />Section 702.99 Penalty. <br />Whoever violates any pravision of thisChapter shall be f.ised not <br />more than $500.00 . Any such violation shall constitute a separate <br />offense on each successive day continued.
