CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. ?O'39 PAGE 2 <br />Temporary Help for Phase No. 4 <br />Resident Engineer $ 4.35 to $ 6.00 per hour <br />Inspectors ( 4) $ 3.00 to $ 3. 75 per hour <br />Engineers Aide $ 2.75 to $ 3. 75 per hour <br />Section 3: That all full-tl•me employees of the Engineering <br />Department shall not be required to work on the following ha?idays: New Years <br />Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor I7?ay; Thanksgiving Day and <br />Christmas Day, unless requested to work by the Director of Public Service <br />in emergencies. <br />Section 4: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to f orward a <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Finance Director immediately upon its passage. <br />Section 5: That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of <br />ordinances or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith to the provisions of <br />this ordiance are hereby repealed with the effective date of this ordinance. <br />Section 6: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of tYapublic peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate necessity <br />of adjusting compensation for city employees so as to make such compensation <br />commensurate with the requirement of the various jobs.
