( 1) The North Olmsted Community Council , because of its unique activity as coordinator of community activities, is hereby exempted from the payment of rental charges for use of the Community Cabin for its regularly scheduled meetings and for the Three ( 3) annual "Home- coming Days, " but under no circumstances shall the North Olmsted Community Council sub-lease the Community Cabin to others. ( 2) A limitation is hereby established of one Saturday night per month advance registration for any individual or organization. Special consideration will be given to youth groups. The above rates, charges and deposits pertain to the rental of the Community Cabin building only. " Section 2: That Ordinance No. 65-59, effective March 2, 1965, Chapter 945 entitled " Community Cabin, " Section 945.06 entitled " Regulations " of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, presently reading as follows: ( a) No liquor, beer, spiked punch or alcoholic beverage of any kind will be used in or about tlie building or premises.
