CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 68- PAGE 3 ( b) Closing time for the building is 12:30 a. m. and all parties or activities must be terminated by that time . Passed 4-6-54 ) ( e) No person or group of persons shall dance or allow dancing in the Community Cabin between the hours of 12:30 a. n. Sunday to 12:00 the following midnight. Dancing between such hours on Sunday is strictly prohibited. ( Ord. 922. Passed 12-11-51 ) ( f) Any person making an application for use of the Community Cabin shall give true and accurate information and statements. Failure to do so shall be deemed a rmisdemeanor. ( g) Rowdyism, disorderly conduct, removal of furniture or equipment from the building or malicious destruction of property areArohibited. Any violation hereof shall also be deemed a misdemeanor. ( Ord. 1970 Passed 4-6-54 ) ( h) All Dances must be sponsored by a recognized North Olmsted Organization, who are also to provide chaperone for Teen Dances. ( i) Policemen and/or Auxiliary Policemen may be required to be hired for duty, at the discretion of the Safety-Service Director. ( j) Limitation of 275 persons, maximum occupancy. ( k) Renters are required to set up andput away tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, etc. and sweep up. If they are unable to do this they must make arrangements in advance at City Hall and pay a fee of $10.00 to cover the cost. be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: ( a) No liquor, beer, spiked punch or alcoholic beverages of any kind will be used in or about the building or premises.
