CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 68- PAGE 3 <br />( b) Closing time for the building is 12:30 a. m. and all parties or <br />activities must be terminated by that time . <br />( c) The kitchen, dishes and ctther equipment must be cleaned and <br />rea.died for immediate service, if used. <br />( d) Afternoon groups or orgsnization must vacatd:tle building by 5:00 <br />p. m. Morning groups or organizations must vacate the building by <br />12:00 noon . ( Ord. 1970. Passed 4-6-54 ) <br />( e) No person or group of persons shall dance or allow dancing in the <br />Community Cabin between the hours of 12:30 a. n. Sunday to 12:00 the <br />following midnight. Dancing between such hours on Sunday is strictly <br />prohibited. ( Ord. 922. Passed 12-11-51 ) <br />( f) Any person making an application for use of the Community Cabin <br />shall give true and accurate information and statements. <br />Failure to do so shall be deemed a rmisdemeanor. <br />( g) Rowdyism, disorderly conduct, removal of furniture or equipment <br />from the building or malicious destruction of property areArohibited. <br />Any violation hereof shall also be deemed a misdemeanor. <br />( Ord. 1970 Passed 4-6-54 ) <br />( h) All Dances must be sponsored by a recognized North Olmsted <br />Organization, who are also to provide chaperone for Teen Dances. <br />( i) Policemen and/or Auxiliary Policemen may be required to be hired <br />for duty, at the discretion of the Safety-Service Director. <br />( j) Limitation of 275 persons, maximum occupancy. <br />( k) Renters are required to set up andput away tables, chairs, <br />kitchen equipment, etc. and sweep up.
