CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 68- <aJ'1 ' PAGE 4 <br />( g) Rowdyism, disorderly conduct, removeal of furniture or equipment <br />from the building or malicious destruction of property are prohibited. <br />Any vialation hereof shall also be deemed a misdemeanor. <br />( Ord. 1970 Passed 4-6-54 ) <br />( h) All Dances must be sponsored by a recognized North Olmsted <br />Organization, who are also to provide chaperone for Teen Dances. <br />( i) Policemen and/or Auxiliary Policemen may be required to be hired <br />for duty, at the discretion of the Safety-Service Director. <br />( j) Limitation of 275 persons, maximum occupancy. <br />( k) Renters are required to set up and put away tables, chairs, <br />kitchen equipment, etc. and sweep up. If they are unable to do <br />this they must make arrangements in advance at City Hall and pay <br />a fee of $5.00 to cover the cost. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby dedlared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare by virtue of the fact that it pertains to the operation of a <br />city property and it is important for the financial security of the city that <br />rates commensurate with the expense of operation be put into effect as soon <br />as possible.
