<br />19, 1962, ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE DIVIDING THE CITY OF
<br />NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, INTO DISTRICTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATION OF BUILDINGS
<br />AND OTHER STRUCTURES, AND OF PREMISES TO BE USED FOR
<br />TR.ADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDEIVCE OR OTHER SPECIFIED USES : RE-
<br />GULATING AND LIMITING THE HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS AIVD OTHER
<br />STRUCTURES, REGULATING THE BULK AND LOCATIOIV OF BUILDIIVGS
<br />AND OTHER STRUCTURES, THE PERCENTAGE OF LOT OCCUPANCY,
<br />SET-BACK BUILDING LINES AND AREA OF YARDS, COURTS AND
<br />OPEN SPACES : PROVIDING FOR A METHOD OF ADMINISTR.ATIOIV:
<br />FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD : AIVD FOR THE IMPOSITIOIV OF
<br />PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION AND REPEALING PREVIOUS ORDINANCES
<br />INCONSISTENT THEREWITH. "
<br />WHEREAS, the Design and Platting Committee of Council have reported
<br />to Council that various changes have become neeessary as a result of the in-
<br />creased construction of homes and buildings in the City of North Olmsted ;and
<br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to incorporate - in the Zoning Code the
<br />changes recommended by the Design and Platting Committee of Council.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
<br />North Olmsted , State of Ohio :
<br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19 , 1962, Section
<br />1125.25 entitled " Dwelling - Multiple, " now reading as follows:
<br />1125.25 Dwellinq - Multiple
<br />" A dwelling designed or occupied otherwise than as a one-
<br />family dwelling or a two-family dwelling and including
<br />apartment houses, row-house, garden apartments, and
<br />all other family dwellings of similar character, where
<br />apartments or suites are designed for use as separate
<br />complete living units, but excluding hotels, motels or
<br />apartment hotels. "
<br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
<br />1125.25 Dwellinct - Multiple
<br />A dwelling designed or occupied otherwise than as a

<br />cluding apartment houses, garden apartments, and all
<br />other family dwellings of similar character, where apart-
<br />ment or suites are designed for use as separate complete
