That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1174.08 entitled " Minimum Light and Air Requirements, " now reading as follows: <br />1174.08 Minimum Liaht and Air Reauirements <br />" In the Retail Business District, yards or courts shall be <br />provided for a lot upon which a building intended to in- <br />clude living or sleeping accommodations is to be located, <br />so that at least one window in each room wherein people <br />are intended to live or sleep shall open directly upon a <br />street, yard or court. "
