Amended <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDIIVAIVCE IVO. 69-210 <br />PAGE 7 <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1174.08 Minimum Liaht, Air, and Fire Protection Reauirements <br />In the Retail Business District, yards or courts shall be <br />provided for a lot upon which a building intended to include <br />living or sleeping accommodations is to be located, so that <br />at least one ( 1) window in each room wherein people are <br />intended to live or sleep shall open directly upon a street, <br />yard or court. Such yards or courts where required, shall <br />be arranged so that at least one ( 1) window in each room <br />wherein people are intended to live or sleep shall open <br />directly upon a front yard of at least twenty-five ( 25 ) feet, <br />or upon a rear yard of at least twenty-five ( 25 ) feet in <br />depth, or upon a court, or upon a side yard not less than <br />three ( 3) feet, or less than one and one-half ( 1 1/2 ) feet <br />for each story of building height, in width. <br />No retail business building shall be located closer than <br />twenty ( 20 ) feet to any dwelling unit where the retail <br />business building and dwelling unit are located on the <br />same lot, and there shall be sufficient access to both <br />buildinqs for fire protection as determined by the Chief <br />of the North Olmsted Fire Department, or his representative. <br />Each building shall conform to all other requirements of this <br />Zoning Code for its perticular type of occupancy. <br />Section 10. That Ordinance N'o. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1205.07 ( Sub-Paragraph A) entitled, " Parking, " now reading as follows: <br />1205.07 Parkinq <br />( A) " There shall be one and one-half parking spaces for each <br />dwelling unit, or which at least 3/4 parking space shall <br />be located in a garage and 3/4 may be located in an open <br />parking area. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1205.07 Parkinq <br />( A) Parking shall be provided according to the following <br />schedule: <br />Efficiency and one ( 1) Bedroom Units - 1 1/2 spaces per unit <br />Two ( 2) Bedroom Units - 1 3/4 spaces per unit <br />Three ( 3) Bedroom Units - 2 1/2 spaces per unit <br />One-third ( 1/3 ) of the parking spaces required shall be <br />enclosed. The required number of enclosed spaces shall <br />be either underground or wholly enclosed.
