That excluding secretarial and clerical employees and retroactive <br />to September 1, 1968, all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line having completed five years of full time continuous service as employees <br />of said department shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary <br />thereafter until completion of the tenth year of continuous full time service, after <br />which such employees shall receive 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter <br />until the completion of the fifteenth year of continuous full time service, and <br />thereafter 5% of their base annual salary until after the completion of the <br />twentieth year of continuous full time service and during each year of full time <br />service thereafter they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity <br />increments. <br />B. In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments <br />of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part- <br />time services, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity <br />increments and the exclusion for part-time setvice shall not deprive any employee <br />of any other benefits which may be due them for part-time service as employees <br />in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />C. The mechanics and other employees in the garage of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall have allowed to them the sum of Fifty and <br />00/100 ($50.00 ) Dollars per year for the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms <br />worn by them in the performance of their duties in the North Olmsted Bus Line <br />garage." <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1. That beginning October 1, 1969, employees holding the <br />following positions in the employ of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line <br />shall be paid the salaries and wages as hereinafter determined: <br />General Manager $10, 000. 00 <br />Superintendent $ 9,000.00 <br />Supervisor of Operations $ 8,000.00 <br />Supervisor of Maintenance $ 8,000.00 <br />Equipment Mechanic $ 3.25 <br />Equipment Servicemen $ 2.75 <br />Extra Labor $ 1. 50 <br />Secretary $ 4,000.00 <br />to $12, 000. 00 annually <br />to $11, 000. 00 annually <br />to $10, 000.00 annually <br />to $10 , 000 . 00 annually <br />to $ 4.00 per hour <br />to $ 3.25 per hour <br />to $ 2.75 per hour <br />to $ 5,000.00 annually <br />which salaries shall be payable by the Finance Director. <br />A.
